Welcome to Hearth Thread. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and HOME & THREAD LLC. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract under U.S. law to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the shipping address is in our U.S. delivery area.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell bedding four-piece sets, blankets, and towel sets. We try to display colors and details accurately, but screens vary and actual products may differ slightly. We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

3. Prices

All listed product prices are in U.S. dollars and already include applicable sales tax. Shipping is extra unless your order qualifies for free Standard shipping at $60.00 or more. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders we cannot ship to the address provided, suspected fraud, or items that are out of stock. If we cancel, we will refund amounts charged.

5. Payment

You agree to pay the total shown at checkout using a valid payment method. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods and billing rules.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, excluded locations, rates, and timeframes.

7. Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 7-day window and our coverage of authorized return shipping.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that burdens our systems, post unlawful or infringing material, or use the store for any purpose other than lawful personal shopping.

9. Intellectual Property

The Hearth Thread name, logo, website content, and product imagery are owned by HOME & THREAD LLC. You receive no license except a limited right to use the site to shop.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT FOR ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY STATED ON A PRODUCT PAGE OR REQUIRED BY LAW, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states do not allow certain disclaimer language; in those states, the disclaimer applies only as far as the law allows.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOME & THREAD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOME & THREAD LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email support@hearththread.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If we cannot, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts in Missouri, unless a consumer-protection statute that cannot be waived requires a different forum.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
