1. Currency and Prices
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Product prices displayed on the site already include applicable sales tax. Shipping is $3.99 for Standard delivery, or $0.00 when the merchandise total is $60.00 or more.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major U.S. payment methods supported at checkout, which may include:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover);
• Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar wallets, when offered at checkout;
• Other methods enabled on our store platform from time to time.
Availability of a method can vary by device and browser. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
3. Billing
By submitting an order you authorize HOME & THREAD LLC and our payment processor to charge the selected method for the merchandise total, shipping (if any), and any adjustments you later approve (for example, an exchange with a price difference).
The billing name and address should match the payment method. We may decline orders that fail address or fraud checks.
4. When You Are Charged
Your payment method is typically charged when the order is placed or when it is fulfilled, depending on the processor. You will receive an email receipt. If an item cannot be fulfilled, we refund that portion promptly.
5. Failed Payments
If a charge is declined, the order will not ship. Please contact your bank or try another method, then email support@hearththread.com if you still want the items.
6. Refunds to the Original Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear after we process them. We do not refund in cash.
7. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first at support@hearththread.com. We can usually replace or refund an eligible order faster than a bank dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in cancellation of future purchasing privileges.
8. Security
Checkout is processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
9. Promotions and Gift Cards
Discount codes cannot be combined unless a promotion says otherwise. We do not currently operate a third-party gift-card marketplace. If we issue store credit, it applies only to future Hearth Thread purchases and has no cash value except where the law requires.
