Orders and Payment
Do your prices include tax? Yes. Every product price shown on the site already includes applicable U.S. sales tax.
What payment methods do you accept? Major U.S. credit and debit cards and the digital wallets offered at checkout. We do not accept cash or checks.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email support@hearththread.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or edit an order only if it has not yet been packed.
What is the order cutoff time? 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders after that time are processed the next business day.
Shipping
Where do you ship? Only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Where do you not ship? We do not ship outside the U.S., or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How much is shipping? Standard shipping is $3.99. It is free on orders of $60.00 or more.
How long does shipping take? We process orders in 1 to 3 business days. After that, Standard transit is 5 to 8 business days.
Where do orders ship from? 15L Upper Monarch Cove Dr, Lake Ozark, MO 65049.
Will I get tracking? Yes. We email tracking when the package leaves our shop.
Returns and Refunds
How long do I have to return an item? 7 days from the delivery date.
Who pays for return shipping? We do. After we approve your request, we send a prepaid label.
Where do I send a return? To our company address in Lake Ozark, Missouri, using only the authorized prepaid label.
When will I see my refund? After we inspect the return, we refund the original payment method. Banks often need 10 additional business days to post the credit.
Can I exchange for another color? Yes, subject to stock. Email us within the 7-day window.
Products
What do you sell? Bedding four-piece sets, blankets, and towel sets for the home.
How should I care for my linens? Follow the care label sewn into each item. When in doubt, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low.
Do sets include everything shown? Each product page lists exactly what is in the package. A typical four-piece bedding set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillowcases, unless the page says otherwise.
